Who Are We?
PerthStreetScene is a group of car enthusiasts dedicated to creating new and exciting events to liven up the Perth automotive scene.
Started in 2008 by Josh Horton, PSS has grown every year from running one of Perth’s only Bikini Car Wash event to branching out into automotive promotion.
Meet the staff
Josh Horton – Managing Director

Josh is the founder of PerthStreetScene back in 2008 but is not new to the automotive scene. Still a heavy contributor in both knowledge and hands on help, Josh has been involved in the local 300zx community for close to 6 years now. His love of cars and interest to put something back into the car scene is what spurred the creation of PSS with its original show’n’shine at Perry Lakes.
Outside of the automotive scene Josh is a Senior Mechanical Designer.
Current ride is the PerthStreetScene ‘02 Holden VU Ute with his 300zx getting rebuilt as the PSS show piece.
Michael Dominkovich – Director

Michael has been involved with various motorsport events over the past couple of years as well as being an active member for several car clubs around Perth. In the past, his major contribution to the local motorsport community was co-ordinating the dynamic display for Aus300zx at Autosalon Perth, which took away several personal and club awards. With respect to PSS events, Michael was recently involved with coordinating aspects of the very first PSS ’show n shine’.
Outside of motorsport, Mike is a Civil/Structural Engineer who intends to specialize in airport design.
Current ride is a BMW 325CI M-Sport.
Josh Brown - Director

Josh has been interested in imports for as long as he can remember. Started his passion driving a mildly modified R33 Skyline. This was then sold and moved to a heavilly modified S15 in 2006. Hes been involved with Perth S15 since the day he bought it and is now one of the main Admins on the forum. Josh has been involed in all of Perth S15’s award winning car show entries.
To fund his passion Josh is a Mechanical Draftsman

Been into cars since he was about 5. Have done drag racing, circuit racing, built a few cars. Definitely an Old Skool/Hotrodder at heart, but enjoy all cars in general. Been doing photography for a lot years as a hobby. The best two passions a guy can have.

In the real world, I’m an Operations Manager.
Jorja Salim – Event Scout

Since attending Perth Autosalon 2005, Jorja has spent most of time sharing her motoring passion with others. Jorja currently drives 2001 Nissan 200SX S15 and is an active member of Perth S15 Car Club. She has participated and helped organise the club display for events such as Autosalon (2008 Club Champion & Best Club Display) and Motorvation 2010. Jorja’s main passion is for import cars but still has an appreciation for the old school muscle cars and hotrods.
During the day Jorja is an underwriter at Shannons Insurance.
